Draw your signature
Sign directly on the pad with a mouse, trackpad, stylus or finger — or tap the expand icon to draw fullscreen, which makes signing on a phone far more comfortable. Pick black, blue or red ink, adjust the pen thickness, undo strokes, and download a clean transparent signature PNG ready to place on any document.
Type your name in a cursive font
Can't draw with a mouse? Type your name and choose from thirteen realistic cursive signature fonts — from flowing calligraphy to casual handwriting, including a set of premium hand-lettered signature typefaces. Upload a photo of your real signature
Sign white paper with a dark pen, photograph it, and drop the photo in. Stampo automatically removes the paper background, keeping only the ink on a transparent background — no manual erasing, no design skills needed. A strength slider handles shadows and off-white paper, and you can recolor the ink to black, blue or red.
How to make a stamp online
Design a round stamp, oval stamp or classic rectangle stamp in seconds. Add curved text along the top and bottom, a bold center line, star separators, and a single or double border — or go fully borderless for a modern mark. Upload your company logo to place it at the heart of the stamp, tinted to match the ink or kept in its original colors. One-click presets cover the stamps offices actually use — PAID, APPROVED, RECEIVED, VOID, DRAFT and CONFIDENTIAL — or write your own text for a custom company stamp design. The Combine tab is where everything comes together. Hit “Send to Combine” on the Signature or Stamp tab, then upload a PDF, invoice, quote or receipt — pick the exact page, drag, resize and rotate your marks into position, and download the result as a signed PDF or a PNG. With no document uploaded, it exports a clean transparent PNG of your combined signature and stamp instead. As with everything in Stampo, the document itself never leaves your device.
What Stampo is — and isn't
Stampo creates images: signature PNGs and business stamp PNGs for everyday paperwork. It is not an e-signature service and does not produce notary, government or official seals. For contracts that legally require a certified electronic signature, use a dedicated e-signing platform; for everything else — invoices, quotes, receipts, approvals, internal documents — a clean transparent PNG is usually all you need.

What resolution are the exported PNGs?
Signatures export at high resolution with a tightly trimmed transparent background; stamps export at 1200×1200 pixels — crisp enough for print and any document.
Can I use the stamps commercially?
