These terms cover your use of Toolzen (toolzen.app) — SecurePass, WordWise, Compresso, Stampo, PawAge, and the Toolzen blog — built and operated by Dot2Shape. By using the site, you agree to these terms.

What Toolzen provides

Toolzen offers free, browser-based utilities. Everything runs client-side — there are no accounts, no logins, and nothing to purchase. Tools are provided "as is," and we don't guarantee they'll be error-free, uninterrupted, or available at all times.

Not a substitute for professional advice

• SecurePass generates random passwords and passphrases, but overall account security also depends on how and where you use them — we can't guarantee any password is unbreakable.
• Stampo creates signature and stamp images for personal and business documents. It is not a notary, e-signature platform, or legal seal service, and its output may not satisfy every jurisdiction's requirements for a legally binding signature.
• PawAge provides an age estimate based on general formulas, not veterinary advice.
• WordWise and Compresso are utility tools; always double-check outputs before relying on them for anything business-critical.

Acceptable use

You agree not to use Toolzen for anything illegal, to attempt to disrupt or overload the service, to scrape or reverse-engineer the tools for competing products, or to interact with ads in fraudulent or automated ways (including asking others to click ads).

Intellectual property

The Toolzen name, logo, design, and underlying code belong to Dot2Shape. You're welcome to use the tools for personal or business tasks — you may not copy, resell, or rebrand the site or its tools as your own product.

Advertising and third-party links

Toolzen is supported by Google AdSense. We don't control the content of individual ads or third-party sites they link to, and we're not responsible for your interactions with them. See our Privacy Policy for how advertising cookies work.

Changes and availability

We may add, change, or discontinue any tool or feature at any time without notice. We aim to keep everything running smoothly, but we don't promise uninterrupted availability.

Limitation of liability

Toolzen and its tools are provided without warranties of any kind, express or implied. To the fullest extent permitted by law, Dot2Shape is not liable for any damages or losses arising from your use of the site or its tools.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws applicable to Dot2Shape's place of business, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.

Changes to these terms

We may update these terms as Toolzen grows. The "last updated" date at the top reflects the latest version — continued use of the site after a change means you accept the updated terms.
